A Good Walk To Clear The Head
I’ve realized today that I need a good mid-day walk to really clear my head, and keep up my focus. Today I went for a small walk around 3:30, which didn’t work too well, because by the time I got back to the office, it was almost time to go. But, I had a renewed energy, and ideas for what to work on next. (unfortunately not much time to work on them). I’m going to build a mid-day walk into my dayly schedule. Doesn’t have to be much, but simply 30 minutes to get out, clear the head, and refocus. I find that I can accomplish so much more with this simply activity.
